Vito UK says that the instant payback its newest customer will get from using its cooking oil filter machines demonstrates why it is a range of equipment that distributors should be taking seriously.
The company is looking to develop a distribution network across the country and insists the benefits that its products deliver will create opportunities for sales partners.
Vito has just supplied an oil tester, oil filter and oil filters to six venues owned by TLC Inns after the South-East operator decided it needed to reduce its oil costs and help the environment by cutting down on waste.
Iain Addison, who heads Vito UK, says the solutions it provided will pay for themselves in six months.
“The Vito oil tester and a year’s supply of Vito filter papers costs only £2,800 and VAT, which includes delivery and on-site training,” says Addison. “TLC Inns have worked out that our system will pay for itself in only six months. Once our product is paid for the savings are pure bottom line profit for the business.”
He added: “The main benefit for TLC Inns is the improved fried product quality to their customers and, of course, the huge financial savings across the six TLC sites. The system is also very easy to operate — in three minutes your oil is looking like new again.”
Addison says that work has now begun on creating a sales channel that can help take the Vito product line to market.
“We intend to have a niche distributor network as the Vito products need to be sold and demonstrated to customers,” he explains. “Not every distributor has the capacity or time to put in this effort, so we are carefully selecting dealerships which are willing to put in the effort and get our full loyalty and a good profit margin in return.”
