North West fabricator overhauls online presence

Lines & Jones’ updated website features a bespoke extraction questionnaire.

Morecambe-based bespoke stainless steel fabrication and ventilation specialist Lines & Jones (L&J) has begun the New Year with the launch of its new website.

The new online hub is another step in the modernisation of the family-run business since a change in ownership in 2017.

Sales director Sam Parkes said: “L&J has been a permanent fixture in the foodservice industry for over 30 years, assisting distributors in delivering turnkey projects predominantly in the north west of England.

“The new team’s aim here at L&J is to continue producing the same quality product and service our customers expect whilst also welcoming new relationships with distributors further afield. Modernisation of the business is key to achieving continued success for the company established for over half a century.”

Along with product information and advice, the new site features an online bespoke extraction canopy questionnaire form that prompts the customer to provide the key information required to produce an estimate as quickly and accurately as possible.

This is aimed at saving distributors time on site and reduce delays in providing a customer quotation.

Unless I am doing something wrong the web site is not very responsive. Perhaps I am looking at the old website
