NHS Supply Chain has lengthened its Capital and Food Service Equipment and Associated Accessories Framework, with expiration now scheduled for 30 June 2017.
The scheme means that NHS customers which require catering equipment can procure all their supplies from one source and receive discounts off list prices, among other benefits.
Preferred distributors comprise ScoMac Catering Equipment, based in Livingston, and Stephens Catering Equipment of County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Manufacturers on the preferred list include E&R Moffat, based in Bonnybridge, Scotland, food transportation trolley maker, Socamel UK, and bespoke fabricator, Parry. Selected equipment suppliers incorporate BGL Rieber and RH Hall, while Anglo Caledonian Enterprises and Burlodge are specialist healthcare cook-chill and serve equipment manufacturers.
