Manitowoc Foodservice has appointed an additional development chef to its team.
Scott Kedwards has joined the organisation with the specific responsibility of co-ordinating and managing Manitowoc’s demonstration days which take place at the Sheffield, Guildford, Bolton and Glasgow sites throughout the year. The days can be an insight for both end users and dealers in helping to discover the latest product technology and innovations.
Bringing a wealth of experience with him, Kedwards joins the team having previously worked at a number of high profile establishments including West Bromwich Albion Football club, where he was the training ground head chef. There, he was responsible for creating individual diet plans and menus for the players, as well as catering for over 120 covers per day.
Recently, he won Gold at the Major International Contract Catering/Stadia Awards, with the final live cook off at the Salon Culinaire taking place at the Hospitality Show.
