London-based dealer, Nelson Catering Equipment, will be exhibiting on stand GF39 at this year’s Restaurant Show in Olympia on 2-4 October.
The firm will be exhibiting its latest designs, including open kitchens, which it describes as “cleverly thought out solutions”. At the show Nelson will be showing a selection of on-screen images from its design portfolio, which illustrate how the team has addressed a wide spectrum of challenges.
The distributor says it uses equipment from the respected brands while also providing a bespoke stainless steel fabrication service. On the stand it will also be showcasing equipment from both Blue Seal and Controlled Induction.
For its warewash division, Nelson will be demonstrating its latest Advantage range. This is claimed to feature some of the most energy and water efficient dishwashers and glasswashers currently available and includes various undercounter and pass through models.
The firm says the appliances reduce running costs by using minimal water, energy and chemicals, as well as running quietly and producing good results. Delicate items can be washed with the ‘Soft Start’ programme which gradually builds to full force.
