Mono takes the strain out of bread loading

The deck loader’s resting position is at the top of the oven.

Mono Equipment has launched an Integrated Deck Loader which has been designed to take the strain out of manually loading each oven deck with a wide range of artisan breads and rolls.

Designed to partner the supplier’s DX Harmony Modular Deck Oven, the unit loads baking products directly onto the oven sole, thereby reducing manual handling of the dough, which is said to alleviate undue stress on the final product and helps to ensure even heat distribution.

The loader should also reduce the risk of users burning themselves on hot oven components.

The unit is suitable for three-tray wide, four-deck high Mono DX Harmony Modular Deck Ovens, plus it can save energy by reducing heat loss during door-open times on loading.

Featuring a counterweight system to raise and lower the mechanism smoothly, the loader includes an ergonomically designed handle, as well as locking handles to place the loader in the correct position for precision loading of each deck.

The resting position, located at the top of the oven, should ensure the loader is kept out of the way when not in use and also makes use of valuable floor space.

Each built-to-order Mono Integrated Deck Loader is manufactured in stainless steel and aluminium, designed to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.
