Mono reveals exhibition strategy

Mono Eco-Touch convection ovens will be on display at the firm’s Hotelympia stand.

Swansea-based bakery kit supplier Mono Equipment is heading for a busy time over the next few weeks, as it is exhibiting at three industry trade shows.

Firstly, its stand at Europain in Paris on 5-9 February will be highlighting its new Universal confectionary depositor range, which includes new features such as one, two and three colour depositing, along with3D-X multi-directional movement control.

Mono’s Omega confectionery depositor and the Epsilon tabletop depositor will also be on show, as well as a new cake portioner, which can slice up to 120 cakes per hour.

Then on 21-25 February, the firm will once again be putting its depositor technology under the spotlight at Gulfood in Dubai, as well as showcasing its new Compact convection oven range aimed at the food to go market.

Furthermore, Mono will launch its first Eco-Wash oven there. This has been incorporated into its in-store bakery system, said to provide a complete baking and self-cleaning solution.

The Eco-Wash system will also feature air-mirroring technology which will allow the oven to be controlled remotely via a smartphone or tablet app.

Finally, Hotelympia at London’s Excel on 29 February-3 March will see the company showcase its Compact convection oven, as well as its Eco-Touch convection ovens.

The latter are said to be the most energy efficient ovens Mono has produced and feature touch screen controllers. They are also available in 4/5-tray and 10-tray options.
