Warewasher manufacturer Miele has appointed Sam Bailey as its new sales and marketing director for the professional division in the GB territory.
Bailey joins Miele from Dyson where he held a number of key roles overseeing European marketing and global digital operations in its professional division before spending time in a global senior commercial role within a high growth category.
No stranger to Miele, Bailey was previously the organisation’s CRM and online manager, before leaving to spend 6 years in senior roles at Dyson.
Bailey’s reappointment to Miele comes as Les Marshall announces his retirement after 17 years as sales and marketing director with the firm.
Marshall was responsible for setting up Miele’s professional partnership programme, which joins together a network of approved partners from around the country with Miele, to provide sales and service support to commercial customers.
Bailey is looking to continue the success of the partnership model and capitalise on Miele’s reputation as an industry leader.
