With no consultant involved, and with a Michelin Star chef requiring a completely new kitchen, Peter lead the job to be celebrated by the client, celebrity chefs, and also the wider industry when the project won both the CEDA Grand Prix Medium Project of the Year and the Overall Award Winner trophies at the association’s 2016 conference.
