Paul Hirst is a stalwart of the sector, having worked within the catering and design industry for over 40 years. He has held key director positions at international hotel groups, pubs and breweries, and high-end restaurants, and more recently leading the design team at Restaurant Design Associates (RDA), since 2007.
This year, RDA is celebrating its 10th anniversary – a decade in design – and Paul has been instrumental from day one in helping to grow the business from a small number of clients to circa 386 projects.
Working across all sectors within the catering, hospitality and retail industries, Paul has built solid client relationships with some of the industry’s most recognised brands, including M&S, Costa and Starbucks.
