Mike Bradley has a wealth of industry experience to draw upon for his role at TAG Catering Equipment.
Prior to joining the Hertfordshire-based distributor in 2014, he honed his skillset at Brakes Catering Equipment, Contract Catering Equipment, the Carford Group, Advance Group and Catering Connections, to name but a few.
Even before he began his career in the catering equipment market he worked in the hospitality sector, getting some real on the ground experience as a Head Hall Porter.
For TAG he seems to have a knack for pulling the most difficult and space-restricted kitchen projects out of the bag, particularly for independent operators in central London. For instance, at one recent installation last year for a turkey restaurant called Strut & Cluck, he had to co-ordinate all equipment being delivered through a trapdoor into the basement kitchen. As the area was so compact, this also meant jig-sawing all equipment into place in a particular order, to ensure everything could fit in.
Thanks to good old fashioned measurements and hard work from Mike and logistics specialists, the outfit passed off without a hitch.
He prides himself on offering an outstanding after-sales service too, always making sure he is available to be contacted and visiting site, even after the installation is complete.
Mike’s industry colleagues praised him for knowing exactly what chefs want from a kitchen, as well as being very flexible and responsive. It is these qualities which certainly make him a Project Pioneer.
