From the towering heights of the Shard to the darkest basement at the Bvlgari Hotel, Garry Loader has been there and led the site team as HCE’s senior engineer/working site foreman. He has been with HCE for some 27 years and in that time has progressed from Engineer to Senior Engineer and is an extremely valuable member of the HCE team due to both his experience and his dedication.
Garry is the distributor’s leading hand onsite and a key liaison between HCE and the end client. He is extremely passionate about his work and strives to get every job completed to the highest standard and to not only meet the expectations of the clients, but to exceed them. He has been responsible for HCE’s most prestigious projects including The Savoy Hotel, The Corinthia, Royal Albert Hall, The Hilton T5 and also the Royal Ascot Grandstand, which is HCE’s largest project to date at £2.6m.
In the last couple of years HCE have undertaken some amazing works for which again Garry has been directly responsible for onsite running and in-turn their successful conclusion, including the stunning works at AELTC Wimbledon, The Tate Modern, James Martin’s Chewton Glen Hotel and Cookery School, the Royal Academy of Engineering, Bet365 headquarters, Nescot College and Bournemouth University.
He has always shown an unwavering commitment to HCE, his work and every client he has come into contact with. His passion for delivering results of the highest standard has also rubbed off on engineers following in his footsteps; his encouragement and drive has enabled HCE to develop a team of engineers who can truly be relied on to deliver to the highest quality.
