Ventilation equipment manufacturer Mansfield Pollard has achieved gold standard status at the Bouygues Energies & Services 2017 Supply Chain Forum.
The annual event, attended by over 300 supply chain members, was held at The NEC in Birmingham, to share facility operator Bouygues Energies & Services’ insights into its development strategies and growth ambitions. In addition, the forum is a platform to showcase future opportunities and provide an opportunity for business networking.
Preceded by keynote speakers and interactive supplier workshops, the awards ceremony recognised the achievements of Bouygues’ supply chain partners.
Voted for by the firm’s employees, each supplier received a score in a variety of categories including: cost and commercial value, programme management (including turnaround and delivery times), quality of product and working practices, environmental impact, technical knowledge and assistance and working safely on site.
The best performing companies were then awarded with Bronze, Silver, or Gold status. With an overall total of 91.63%, Mansfield Pollard was one of only two companies to secure gold status in the contracting category and achieved 100% in seven of the 11 sub categories.
Nick Baldwin, marketing manager, Mansfield Pollard, said: “I was incredibly proud to collect the gold standard award on behalf of the Mansfield Pollard team. All our staff have contributed to this award by working hard to build and maintain relationships with Bouygues Energies & Services at all levels. These awards are particularly meaningful as they are voted for by Bouygues Energies & Services employees and it is fantastic to be recognised for our quality of service throughout the whole customer journey.
“As a company we focus on creating an exceptional customer experience and work as a team to deliver compliance and exceed expectations.”
