LLK wins Oldham Business of the Year accolade

The LLK team were presented their award by comedian, Rory Bremner.

Linda Lewis Kitchens (LLK) has been crowned the winner at this year’s Oldham Business Awards in the ‘Business of the Year £1m to £5m’ category.

The sold-out event held annually at The Queen Elizabeth Hall was a night to remember for LLK’s team members who were presented with their award by comedian, Rory Bremner, who also provided the entertainment for the evening.

Representatives for LLK on the night were MD, Linda Lewis, dealer account manager Natalie White, marketing executive Grace Carr and sales co-ordinator Chloe, who along with the rest of LLK’s staff were commended by the judges from the Asian Business Leaders for their impressive year.

The pizza oven specialist has just had its best year ever, turning over a record £2.3m which Lewis puts down to her “hardworking and enthusiastic team”.

This is not the first time the pizza professional has been recognised at its local awards, as last year it was crowned the winner of the Oldham Business Award for Supporting Young People, and in 2013, MD Linda Lewis won the accolade of Oldham Businesswoman of the Year.

Lewis stated: “We are very proud to be recognised once again by our local peers. This year has been amazing for the business and to win the award is the icing on the cake. I am so proud of team LLK!”

Dealer account manager Natalie White added: “Winning this prestigious award has spurred us on to make this year bigger and better.”
