LLK strengthens online presence

Linda Lewis Kitchens has revamped its website in order to make it more user-friendly for customers.

The company says the need to be able to provide customers with access to technical information 24/7 prompted the investment in the new website.

As the UK distributor for pizza equipment brand Cuppone, LLK also wanted to make sure that its online presence was strong enough for it to guide end-users in the direction of the right dealer.

MD Linda Lewis said part of the investment included improving its search engine optimisation (SEO) ratings.

“We have had a massive and expensive learning curve with SEO,” she explained. “It took us two attempts to find a company that we could work effectively with who fully understands the industry and how we slot into it as an importer/manufacturer supplying our products to the dealer network. We have now found a brilliant company who have helped us massively and we are now working with them and our dealers to change the way our products are found online.”

Lewis added that the firm plans to add a dealer login area at a later date to provide dealers with access to trade pricing whenever they access the site.
