Linda Lewis Kitchens has teamed up with two food service specialists to offer customers training classes that will teach them how to make the perfect pizza.
The Oldham-based catering equipment firm is working with pizza machinery ace Cuppone and ingredients supplier Deli Conti to deliver the classes, which are based on Cuppone’s ‘Three steps to the perfect pizza’ guide.
The class will run according to the guide, which features the LLKMA30 dough mixer, LLKP35 pizza press and LLKGIOTTO pizza oven, all manufactured by Cuppone in Italy.
Classes are scheduled to take place on the last Friday of each month at Deli Conti’s premises in Nottingham to share their expertise with budding chefs.
The classes, which will run from 9.30am to 2pm, will see Del Conti director Luciano Vendone train clients to easily achieve the perfect pizza in their own environment.
The pizza making class costs £150 per person, excluding VAT. Cuppone says that any client purchasing its three-step equipment package will receive free training for two people.
