British catering equipment manufacturer Lincat has appointed Anne-Marie Greatwood to the new post of customer services excellence manager. 

In her new role, Greatwood will lead Lincat’s sales, service and spares teams, as they strive to provide ever better, joined-up support to Lincat customers.

She said: “Working with our distributors, our intention is to provide the very best customer experience, from the initial sales call and order taking, to despatch, delivery and after sales service.

“In order to meet steadily rising demand, we are streamlining processes and investing in training to ensure we achieve our objectives.”

Greatwood joined Lincat over 10 years ago as a temp in the accounts department. She has subsequently worked in the service team, latterly as team leader for engineering despatch.

Christian Jones, MD of Lincat, said: “Our business has grown exponentially in recent years and we expect that trend to continue. Anne-Marie will help to ensure that we have the people, processes and systems we need to deliver first-class customer service and support future growth.”

Originally from Kent, Greatwood’s spare time is taken up by her two children and two dogs. When she does get time to herself, she enjoys going to the theatre.
