Synergy Grill will be spreading its wings next month, not only exhibiting at Hotelympia in London’s ExCel, from 5-8 March, but also joining forces with dealer Lakes Catering Maintenance to simultaneously exhibit at this year’s Lakes Hospitality Trade Show from 7-8 March at J36 Rural Auction Centre in Crooklands.
The distributor and the manufacturer are working in partnership across Cumbria and the surrounding area, reflected in their joint stand, number 33, at the Lakes show.
At Hotelympia, the British manufacturer will be available on stand 1619.
Synergy Grill will be showcasing its gas grill technology at both exhibitions. The appliances reportedly deliver average gas savings of 59% with low gas consumption despite generating high heat, and no fat tray is required.
The unit is said to deliver better food quality, and help to cultivate carbon neutral kitchens, plus thermocouples have been replaced with new flame sensor safety features that should reduce costly maintenance calls.
Synergy Grill says its technology is thermal shock resistant, as well as easy to clean and service and reducing strain on ventilation system.
The company, based in Cambridgeshire, has seen international growth and recognition, and Synergy Grills are being used around the world by top chefs. The firm’s diverse customer base covers independent businesses to international chains.
