The Host show’s 40th edition last month in Milan proved to be a positive occasion for Italian-headquartered warewasher manufacturer, Krupps.
Many visitors attended the firm’s stand during its 5-day stint in hall 7, with 65% of them coming from outside Italy.
“This proves that all our efforts in obtaining new certifications to approach new markets – like ETL to approach the US one – have paid off,” said Manuel Petrucci, Krupps’ marketing manager.
“It’s always a very good opportunity to welcome customers at this exhibition since it’s similar to hosting them in our factory to show them our philosophy.
“Indeed they could not only try our new technologies and talk about business, but also have a break in our relax zone and chill with our staff. In our opinion customers are partners rather than numbers.”
Petrucci added: “Host in Milan is always a test bench in which you meet with customers, suppliers and competitors all at once and of course many ideas come up. This year we are really satisfied and proud of what visitors said about us and this will boost our work to gain their satisfaction more and more.”
The stand, completely renewed from the previous edition, highlighted with its minimalistic design all of Krupps’ news and gave visitors the chance to try the iKloud Wi-Fi control system.
“Our distributors are saying that the new Uniko panel is very easy to use for end users and it’s really helping them in proposing our warewashers,” reported Petrucci. “Many of them already started connecting dishwashers to Wi-Fi and immediately recognised how practical it is to be connected directly with the machine and to be able to check it remotely.
“The huge success of the Host exhibition is just a starting point, and in March at Hotelympia in London we will repeat this hosting experience for every visitor.”
