Krupps is making use of First Choice’s newly-opened Kingswood Lakeside premises in Cannock by hosting a dealer training day.
Distributor and service company representative from across the UK and Ireland will be heading to the new headquarters tomorrow, covering topics such as installation, Krupps’ iKloud Wi-Fi control setting, firmware updates, service problem solving and spare part and warranty procedure.
First Choice’s commercial manager John Scott and Krupps’ export managing director Riccardo Scuotto will open the day by detailing the collaboration between the two companies.
Then the technical training will be conducted by Krupps Italy’s head engineer Michele Barbieri and marketing manager Manuel Petrucci.
They will be demonstrating using the EL80E machine which Krupps has donated to First Choice as the sponsor of its new onsite training kitchen.
The unit is a large size hood/pass through machine with a 670×600 basket size with Ecosystem. The warewasher was developed to wash more plates and save energy, time, water and chemicals in every washing cycle compared a standard traditional 500 basket pass through.
