Jestic Foodservice Equipment is returning to London’s ExCel for Hotelympia to unveil new innovations including the latest cooking equipment from Rosinox, as well as launches from brands such as Josper, Henny Penny, Vitamix and Winston CVap.
This year, visitors to stand 1720a on 5-8 March will experience Jestic’s culinary team hosting a series of live cooking demonstrations, while its experts will be on hand to deliver the knowledge and expertise on the equipment to suit bespoke requirements, specification, installation and use.
One of the newest brands in the Jestic portfolio, Rosinox will make its first appearance on the company’s stand. Launching at the event in London, the new Rosinox Dual Chef features two large, independently controlled kettles, and uses a flat heating element and a three layer, 10mm thick steel base to generate a uniform temperature for consistency.
A hinged and balanced double-walled, stainless steel lid, complete with peripheral seals is designed to ensure optimum heat retention, while a standard 800mm x 840mm (w/d) footprint, complete with rounded edges, should mean that the Dual Chef fits with either existing setups or a new Rosinox suite.
The unit features two colour touch screen displays with USB connectivity for futureproofing menus. This interactive control function is suited to chains and groups looking to maintain standards across an estate. Regular, efficient cleaning cycles are also taken care of thanks to the integrated hot and cold water connection and internal spout for volume control.
Also on stand will be Vitamix professional blenders, including the recently launched Aeration Container, which is designed to quickly create blends including emulsions and culinary foams. This could enable operators to finish a dish or create cocktails.
Visitors will also see the latest innovations in frying from manufacturer, Henny Penny, while Josper’s charcoal grill will be used for cooking demonstrations on the stand by the brand’s dedicated team.
Furthermore, the Jestic stand will house both Wood Stone and Sveba Dahlen appliances. Having installed 15,000 ovens in over 80 countries worldwide, and over 1,000 in the UK alone, Wood Stone is claimed to offer front of house design, theatre and consistency. Alternatively, for those looking for larger capacity, Sveba Dahlen offer a portfolio of bakery and pizza deck ovens with claimed build quality, flexibility and enhanced capacity.
The latest Winston CVap and Winston holding drawers will be on show and in use throughout the event too. Designed to offer precision control of food temperature, moisture and texture, appliances in the CVap range should preserve the quality of the food. The unit is designed for serving high-risk meat products, including the ‘pink burger’ to regulated ‘FSA 6-log 10’ cook times and temperatures.
Finally, for those looking to preserve pre-cooked foods, the latest blast chilling and shock freezing technology from Irinox, designed to deliver consistency, accuracy and efficiency, will be on show.
