Catering beverage equipment manufacturer Instanta has strengthened its portfolio with the addition of a compact countertop hot water boiler.
The firm says the CPF510 unit will dispense high volumes of water into tall pots for maximum efficiency and uses a high-level tap that makes it easy to place cafetieres and jugs underneath, as well as teapots of all sizes.
When catering for a crowd, the CPF510 can dispense up to 28 litres of hot water an hour, enough to fill around 168 cups. It can also produce 17 litres in a rapid draw off if needed.
The 3kw model is housed in mirror finish stainless steel, which is easy to keep clean, and measures 705mm (h) x 350mm (w) x 555mm (d). The single tap has a clearance of 304mm to the stainless steel drip tray for flexible service.
Instanta is offering the CPF510 with both a three-year parts and a two-year on site parts and labour warranty. List prices start at £953.
The Instanta portfolio encompasses auto fill, wall mounted and undercounter boilers as well as a range of sous vide cooking equipment. The company’s products are designed and manufactured at its own factory in Southport, Merseyside.
