IMC has launched the Pot Boy cookware scrubber, which is said to make light work of encrusted or burnt-on deposits on pans, cookware and ovens.
Pot Boy is designed to be quick and easy to use, mounted on a wall plate over a sink unit.
Features include a 1.5metre hose, a foot operated pneumatic switch, a nylon brush head and a Magikut exterior scrubber.
Alternatively, the Pot Boy can be mounted on an optional trolley with a 500mm X 500mm dishwasher tray to create a mobile cleaning unit for tackling fixed catering equipment such as griddles, bratt pans and ranges.
Whichever method is used, safety is claimed to be assured through a hydraulic system where the brush is driven by a fluid circuit, providing both electrical isolation and overload protection.
