EOwater has unveiled a range of easy pay lease and rental packages for commercial customers wanting ROX electrolysed water systems.
The packages, which start from £150 a month, can be tailored for single food service outlets right up to multiple sites and hotel restaurants.
EOwater is the UK distributor for the Hoshizaki-owned cleaning and sanitising system, which can be used to wash hands, clean and disinfect fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, and clean toilets, tables and wash floors.
ROX is a completely integrated system that can have as few or as many outlets as required so that electrolysed water is always available on demand whenever and wherever required.
The electrolysed water is produced by combining ordinary tap water, a mild salt solution and an electric current. A cathode and an anode in the electrolysis unit cause the water molecules to divide into positive and negative ions resulting in alkaline cleaning water and acidic sanitising water.
Electrolysed water costs around 2p per litre to produce, according to Bury St Edmunds-based EOwater.
More than 30,000 ROX units have been sold globally since Hoshizaki developed the system.
