Hoshizaki Gram UK to reveal latest sustainability research

Gram’s latest report will build on its 2014 Green Paper.

The latest Green Paper from ice machine and refrigeration firm Hoshizaki Gram UK will be unveiled at The Gram Go Green Summit on 29 November at The Soho Hotel, London.

Reporting on the attitudes and behaviours towards sustainability across eight foodservice channels, the Green Paper provides the foodservice industry with a reference tool to help evaluate the sustainable landscape, as well as offering a 360° view of progress the industry has made during the last 8 years.

The paper will build on the manufacturer’s most recent Green Report, which was published 2 years ago, and will be the fifth report in total.

The Green Paper launch will be just one element of the day as a line up of speakers including Kirsty Saddler from Leon, Mike Hanson from BaxterStorey and ‘eco chef’ Tom Hunt share their insight on working towards a more sustainable future for foodservice as a whole.
