Commercial kitchen specialist Hopkins has created two bundles of equipment designed to help budding catering entrepreneurs set up their first high street sandwich shops.
The entry level bundle, which Hopkins calls the Start Up Sandwich Shop Basic, includes a refrigerated prep counter for storing sandwich ingredients and making the sandwiches themselves; a contact grill used for making Panini sandwiches; a water boiler for tea and coffee; and a chilled display that can present drinks, chocolate bars or pre-prepared sandwiches.
For the more ambitious business owner, Hopkins has created a deluxe bundle that is designed to generate additional sales opportunities. Along with the sandwich equipment, the pack includes a fryer and grill for burgers, chips and breakfasts; a convection oven which can be used for making hot meals, pies pasties or baked potatoes; and a hot display cabinet.
Leasing is available on both the start up catering equipment basic and the start up catering equipment deluxe catering equipment packs.
