Grills and pans are set to make a Hotelympia splash

Charvet’s Combi-Pan is making its show debut at Hotelympia.

All sorts of cooking equipment will be exciting visitors at this year’s Hotelympia, including a first from Charvet and a giveaway from Synergy.

Charvet’s new Combi-Pan is making a show debut at Hotelympia 2016 on stand 4301. Available as a stand-alone unit, built into a bespoke suite or fitted within Charvet One, Pro 700, 800 or 900 suites, the Combi-Pan can be used for poaching, blanching, sealing and shallow frying. Options include a meat resting grid and chopping board.

The pan has a divider so that foods can be separated if required. The two heating zones operate from 50-250°C and the electrical rating is 7.5 kW / 3~400V+E.

Featuring a GN2/1 tank, the Pan is 77mm deep with a 12mm thick base; all AISI 304 stainless steel. It comes with a water tap and has a large upstand and drain plug that discharges into a GN 1/1 drain housed in the base unit behind cupboard doors.

Synergy Grill
Elsewhere, Synergy Grill will be giving away an energy saving chargrill (model SG630) and garnish rail worth £2,240 in a prize draw.

Anyone who would like a chance to win should visit Synergy Grill’s stand (4330) and register to qualify for entry into the prize draw. The lucky winner will be announced on Synergy’s website on Friday 4 March. Anyone who has purchased a Synergy Grill on the day will be refunded the cost of the SG630.
