Grande Cuisine shines spotlight on new kit

Grande Cuisine is gearing up for a busy few weeks in London as it prepares to showcase its array of French cooking equipment to customers.

Tomorrow will see the company exhibit its Adventys range of induction cookware at Lockhart Catering Equipment’s annual Wembley Stadium event, while next month it will be present at the Restaurant Show.

Grande Cuisine is one of 30 suppliers scheduled to take part in the Lockhart show. It plans to demonstrate a variety of products, including the LITE 2500 single ring tabletop stove and the GL23000 twin ring cook n’ hold hob. It will also be providing equipment for the event’s demonstrations.

At the Restaurant Show in Earl’s Court 2 next month, meanwhile, it will focus on highlighting the Capic range of prime cooking equipment that it imports.

It will be showcasing a newly commissioned all-electric Capic suite set to be installed at Lakes Distillery in Cumbria.

The suite is comprised of two electric fryers, three 2-zoned radiant hobs, two 500mm-wide planchas, one 800mm Plancha, two heated drawers and numerous open cupboards for storage.

Additionally, its stand will feature several Adventys products from its high-performance induction range.

“We’ve been witnessing a much more substantial demand for electrical products,” said Grand Cuisine’s managing director Steve Hobbs. “This increase in requirement is down to reducing energy use and carbon footprint, effectively leading to decreasing energy costs and diminished lifetime costs as a result.”
