FriFri has introduced its unique oil protection system, Maxfry, to its entry-level range of fryers.
The Hybrid Standard MaxFry system delivers a small hourly dose of a 100% organic, vegetable-based additive, which is proven to extend the life of the oil.
Trials have shown that it can double the life-span of oil and protect it from the effects of heat and oxygen, improving the quality of fried food.
It has been introduced as an option on all models in the Middleby-owned company’s budget Super Easy range following the success of the system on the Basic+ and Vision fryers.
“Cooking oil is one of the most expensive commodities in a kitchen and this system has the ability to extend the working life of the oil, thus saving costs for caterers,” said John Shepherd, international brand manager for FriFri.
“It made sense to introduce it to our Super Easy range, in addition to the Basic+ and Vision,” he added.
