Falcon Foodservice Equipment is to unveil a series of new additions to its popular Dominator Plus portfolio next week.
The Ali Group company has updated the professional cooking range of late and will give dealers and prospective customers their first peek at the updated line-up at The Restaurant Show.
New additions are set to include high-performance gas and electric filtration fryers, a 400mm gas radiant chargrill, two-zone induction tops and a drop -down door version of its six-burner range.
The drop-down door feature is also available on the solid top and general purpose oven models.
“All of these products have been designed and developed with the busy restaurant in mind — where performance and reliability is paramount — along with reductions in energy consumption,” said Falcon’s marketing manager Barry Hill.
Falcon’s sales team will be on hand at the show next week to talk customers through the new additions.
