Energy expert talks kitchen design at CEDA summit

CEDA has confirmed that Brian O’Hagan, managing director of Eco Monitor, will be speaking at its forthcoming annual conference.

O’Hagan will be helping conference delegates to get more from their energy utility providers as part of a presentation exploring energy efficiency and sustainability issues in food service design.

The Eco Monitor team consists of experienced commercial and energy professionals with a track record of developing and delivering successful energy projects and strategic plans.

The company serves a wide range of organisations from property through to manufacturing and retail.

O’Hagan has worked within the hospitality and blue chip FMCG industry for almost 30 years and has held a number of senior management and board director roles. Previous employers include PepsiCo’s snack food division, The Whitworths Group, Cuisine de France and Delice de France.

CEDA has lined up a number of special guest speakers for the business day aspect of its annual conference, which takes place on Friday May 4th.

This includes addresses from FCSI chairman David Bentley, Eden Project architect Michael Pawlyn and motivation guru Steve Head.
