Electrolux Professional has launched a new high productivity fryer aimed at quick service restaurants and other outlets dealing with significant levels of output.
With a small kitchen footprint, the robust new fryer boasts a fast recovery time and one of the lowest oil consumption rates on the market, according to the brand.
The new fryer consists of three main features, Unit On, Eco and Heater On. The additional ‘Eco’ mode has been designed to save energy and extend oil life, meaning operators can enjoy a return on investment through reduced oil costs.
Additionally, the fryer contains special heating components, while a vat and cold zone design further minimises oil deterioration.
Simon Lilley, hot products category manager at Electrolux Professional, says the company has engineered the fryer with common kitchen frustrations in mind.
“With a nine litre capacity, the new fryer has been designed to enable operators and kitchen staff to meet the rigorous demands of customers and when footfall is high, quality will not be compromised,” he said.
The unit has the ability to cook up to 20kg of frozen food per hour. The freestanding unit measures 200mm(w) x 600mm(d) x 850-900mm(h).
