eCatering steps up face to face customer engagement

eCatering is taking its stand to customers this year.

Online catering equipment dealer eCatering is hitting the road in 2018, as it has decided to increase its face to face meetings with its clients across the country.

In January and February this year, eCatering visited four Booker Cash and Carry outlets for a day, complete with a stand to answer customer questions. The dealer also used the visits to promote its new ranges and expanded 2018 catalogue.

Marketing manager Mike Morris said: “It’s good to get out and about and meet customers and potential new customers. In 2018, we are focusing on a more customer facing approach and identifying the products and ranges we need to deliver to meet their needs.

“We have already expanded our range since the start of the year and the more we speak with customers the more we will understand their requirements.”

Furthermore, eCatering has already announced new marketing initiatives, new product ranges and more energy efficient equipment for 2018 as part of its expansion plan to engage more closely with customers.

The company has also planned visits to more stores and is considering attending a variety of events in late 2018 and early 2019.
