Dudson, the British manufacturer and supplier of tableware into the catering and hospitality industry, is to open a facility in London.
The venue, which it is calling its ‘London Hub’ will serve as a place for customers to view its product range and host client meetings.
The site it has chosen is located in Shoreditch and will open for business on September 1.
Access to the hub will be available by appointment only except during the official open week of September 8-12.
Stoke-on-Trent-based Dudson said the centre will feature conceptual product areas based on catering styles, such as buffet presentation and street food, to provide inspiration for clients.
A member of the Dudson design team will be on site every Wednesday to discuss individual design service requirements and to offer an insight into the latest global design trends.
The first Dudson factory was opened back in 1800. Nine generations on it continues to be a privately-owned family business.
