Catering Insight‘s recent salary survey of 128 dealer personnel reflected that a bonus culture is still very much in full swing.
A massive 59.22% of respondents are earning bonuses on top of their basic pay.
This was of course particularly prevalent among sales staff, with 78.95% of that sector earning extra through bonuses.
These figures suggest that catering equipment distributors are increasingly willing to reward employees for excelling in their roles.
In fact, nearly a quarter of those who earn bonuses (23.3%) have seen their totals increase over the past year, while another 35.92% have maintained their bonus figures.
A minimal 8.74% of bonus-earners had seen theirs drop.
