Newcastle-based dealer Crosbys has added two faces to its existing sales force.
Firstly the appointment of Howard Bedford as area sales manager for the South and London comes on the back of parent company Unitech’s recent purchase of Court Catering Equipment, which also operates in the London area.
Bedford has been in the industry for over 10 years, with 7 years at Continental Chef Supplies where his product knowledge and contacts have reportedly seen him become the ‘go to guy’ for chefs and restaurant owners alike.
Then in Crosbys’ home town of Newcastle, Paula Grieveson has joined the team to cover the city centre and coast, adding to the 10 strong sales force.
Sales manager, Malcolm Heighton commented: “Our customers have told us they want to see us more and we have responded.”
Crosbys has a large dedicated showroom in Newcastle for the caterer and welcomes its membership of the expanding group of companies now owned by Unitech.
General manager Roger Crosby said: “Working with our partners at ScoMac, Francis and Court throws us a world of opportunity, and we relish the chance to service their light equipment and tableware needs.”
