Creeds has introduced the Dell’Oro orbital dough rounder to the UK market.
The rounder is designed to imitate the final hand-rounding of a master baker to create artisan bread.
It gently processes the dough, retaining its structure, and is said to be suitable for non-sticky dough with hydration between 45% and 60-65% (indicative values only, as different types of flour react variably to hydration).
The dough rounder can produce a maximum of 1,200 pieces per hour, depending on the type of dough and piece sizing.
Rolling pressure is adjustable, and the product can create dough pieces weighing from 150g up to 1,500g.
The orbital dough rounder is equipped with a flour-duster as standard and is mounted on castors, measuring 860mm x 910mm x 1,280mm.
