Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) project director, Susan Oxley, and assistant project director, Carissa Baker, are to once again address the catering equipment industry on the topic of competition law compliance.

The two case handlers for the recent investigation which saw Foster served with close to a £2.3m fine have already presented the seminar to CEDA partners and members during a meeting at The Abbey Hotel, Redditch on 14 June.

To give further suppliers a chance to get some clarification on the subject of restricting resale prices, the presentation will be re-run on 21 July at 11am in CESA’s London offices.

The seminar is free for all CESA members.

The audience will also get a chance to ask the CMA representatives any questions they have relating to the dos and don’ts of competition law compliance.
