Classeq gives new sales platform for dealers

Warewasher specialist Classeq has launched an interactive website following its rebrand earlier this year.

The site allows distributors to help their customers answer any warewasher questions they have, as well as guiding them in the choosing process. This features a ‘help me choose’ section, which covers ice machines, glasswashers and dishwashers – including the recently launched Classeq undercounter range. Two animated videos, one for glasswashers and the other for dishwashers, are on hand to keep this process as simple as possible, adhering to Classeq’s ‘keeping things simple’ tagline.

The website is aimed at helping dealers saving time through the ability to link customers to the user videos, which help explain key factors such as whether a drain pump is needed, and why a water softener is important and can be inbuilt in undercounters to save external hardware (which can help to stop an incorrect machine being chosen or specified by end users) – plus it explains what WRAS is.

The manufacturer intends that dealers and distributors can use the website as a sales support vehicle where they can login from their showrooms or drive customers online from digital platforms or enquiries.

The new platform can be a lead generator that captures enquiries which are then passed on through the dealer network.

Classeq marketing manager Adam Lenton said: “When purchasing capital equipment such as a warewasher, it’s not necessarily about cost – but it’s certainly about ‘value’. And that’s why our new digital approach is all about making it simple for purchasers to understand what is truly important.”
