CEDA has created a task group for the association’s partners to allow greater dialogue between the parties, and to focus on giving partners what they need from CEDA.
Adam Mason, CEDA director general, commented: “The synergy that is needed between CEDA partners and our members is crucial to the future success of the association, so we have listened to our partners and set up the Partners Task Group (PTG).
“Our members have to have the best relationships possible with suppliers in the foodservice equipment sector and having an open channel through the PTG will facilitate this.
“The first meeting took place in July and was very productive, with a range of action points that will benefit CEDA partners and our members.”
The PTG is currently made up of: Dave Riley (Hobart), Caren Harvey (Commercial Catering Spares), Glenn Roberts (Gram UK) and Steve Hemsil (Manitowoc) who meet with Peter Galliford (Mechline Developments/CEDA board member). They will convene on a quarterly basis.
