CaterQuotes, the catalogue and quotation software for the foodservice industry, has brought CQ Analytics to market, a reporting tool in the CQ software that is designed to enable subscribers to easily visualise their quoting activity.
CQ Analytics aggregates project data quickly, which should give CQ users a snapshot of key quoting metrics in CaterQuotes. Users can customise their Analytics dashboard to view the information most relevant to them and filter results by date, manufacturer, salesperson or customer within those tables.
Additionally, users can create and export reports making it more efficient to identify trends and evaluate their own quoting activity. CQ account administrators may have access to company-wide analytics.
The built-in tool is an added feature available to all CQ subscribers and can be accessed by clicking on the Analytics tab at the bottom of the window upon opening the software.
Paul Shaw, operations director at CaterQuotes said: “The CQ Analytics tool is an efficient way for our customers to gain a better understanding of how they are using CaterQuotes at a glance. Our customers rely on CaterQuotes to do business and Analytics makes it even easier for our customers using CaterQuotes much faster and simpler.”
Whitney Jones, VP of operations at AutoQuotes, the US-based parent company of CaterQuotes added: “We are committed to continuous improvement to support our customers and provide a first-class customer experience. Implementing tools like Analytics and continuing to extend the functionality of the CQ software provides even more value to our customers.”
The company is continuing to provide functionality that promotes more efficiency in the workflow in the foodservice industry for its customers. Earlier this year it launched a new card view interface for the CQ Catalogue and CQ Designer-Plug In, an integration that combines CAD functionality and the CQ Catalogue and software so users can create customised kitchen designs directly from CQ projects.
