Basingstoke-based dealer, Caterplan, has designed and fitted out a new central production kitchen for contract and event caterer, Grazing, in Bermondsey, south east London.
The distributor worked on the design of the £400,000 project with Grazing’s executive chef, Robbie Lorraine.
The range of state-of-the-art equipment was supplied by Rational, Falcon, Winterhalter and Foster, among others.
The 5,000ft2 production kitchen and tasting space sits next door to the recently-opened central production and delivery kitchen from Bone Daddies.
Grazing MD, Sam Hurst, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have finally moved into our purpose-built, new home.
“With the continuing expansion of London’s Bankside and London Bridge Quarter on our doorstep and some of the capital’s most exciting food producers as our neighbours, we don’t think we could have found a better spot.”
