Cater-Bake reveals new brochure

Cater-Bake’s new brochure details its breadth of brands.

Merseyside-based catering equipment wholesaler Cater-Bake UK has unveiled a new brochure detailing its selection of pizza, catering and bakery equipment.

The family-owned firm imports equipment from foodservice manufacturers around the globe and is the official UK agent for Italian brands Zanolli, Fimar and Gemm.

Cater-Bake is well known for its portfolio of electric, gas and conveyor pizza ovens, which can be found within the brochure, with advice on what oven suits what style of operation, including pizzerias, pubs and cafes, and Italian kitchens.

The brochure also details the variety of mixing, processing and preparation equipment the company can offer, including the Pastaline dough divider and rounder system, Fimar pasta machines and Fimar stick blenders, as well as a range of bar equipment.

Head of sales, Steven Lilley, said: “The Cater-Bake team and I are extremely proud of the wide selection of equipment that we bring to the UK market, all of which have been expertly designed and manufactured from quality brands around the world.

“We’re delivering quality solutions for the industries we serve and the blossoming relationships we’re building with catering equipment dealers across the country is testament to the satisfaction we deliver.”

Cater-Bake also recently boosted its offering for the takeaway sector with the introduction of the new Kebab King Doner Grill – a gas powered, rotating grill that works with the industry standard 72cm skewer but equipped with a number of extra design features.

Another addition is the CaterBags heated delivery system, which helps to ensure deliveries are getting to diners at the same temperature they leave a restaurant.

Steven added: “Our brand new brochure has been designed to show exactly how much we can offer, whether it’s pizza or bakery customers and covering a full range of set ups – artisan, take away, busy restaurant, buffet, public sector kitchen, right through to production on an industrial scale.”
