Catering equipment supplier Cater-Bake has posted positive growth over the last 12 months, with a sales turnover increase of 38%.
This progress comes despite a continually challenging working environment, with the company taking on the likes of Brexit and product price increases.
These figures follow the news that the firm now has the exclusive distribution rights to commercial kitchen manufacturer, Fimar, meaning the brand’s products such as its fresh pasta machine and spiral dough mixers can only be provided by Cater-Bake.
Furthermore, the Fimar portfolio is increasing and a new brochure for the brand is on its way, which will include a variety of products such as vegetable preparation machines, mixers, blenders, milkshake makers and a range of butchery equipment.
Cater Bake will now be working with foodservice marketing specialists, Walnut Creative, which will aim to support all of the marketing to both dealers and potentials clients. This is aimed at allowing the company’s growth to continue.
The supplier also recently announced its involvement with this year’s National Pizza Awards. Its imported brand Zanolli is the official Equipment Sponsor for the event taking place on 3 October. This will see chefs from around the country bake their pizza recipes for the judges on the night of the awards in Zanolli pizza ovens.
