Cater-Bake presses for new Devil

Zanolli’s latest Devil pizza press comes with heated top and bottom plates.

Cater-Bake UK is now stocking the updated range of the Zanolli Devil Pizza Press.

Available in 13” and 18” models, the machinery should allow the operator to quickly produce consistent pizza bases.

With heated top and bottom plates that reduce elasticity, the press is designed to help bases to hold their shape before being baked.

This new Devil range comes with chrome covered plates, top and bottom control thermostats and a variable press time, which is said to eliminate sticking and allow operators to tailor the performance to suit the dough they are using.

Italian manufacturer Zanolli is currently celebrating its 65th anniversary, growing and developing its machine range since 1952.
