Categories deadlocked in latest Catering Insight Awards voting

With just over a week until the vote closes for the Catering Insight Awards 2018, in association with Atosa, the industry is seemingly undecided on who they want the winners to be.

Many of the 14 categories up for the vote are either deadlocked or separated by just one vote. Therefore everyone who makes their choice could actively change the winner, so don’t miss your chance to have your say.

And with over 100 votes cast in just the first 24 hours – a record swift rate in the history of the awards – the popularity of the industry being able to choose its own winners shows no signs of waning, with ballots continuing to flood in.

Voting forms were sent out at the beginning of this week to senior members of the catering equipment industry, with distributors invited to decide the winners of the supplier categories and suppliers choosing the distributor category victors, to ensure fairness.

The voting will close at 5pm on Friday 16 November.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is the only category not subject to a vote. The winner of this will be announced at the gala ceremony, along with the rest of the victors, on Thursday 29 November at London’s glitzy Bloomsbury Ballroom.

The now-legendary After-Party will follow the main event, at the nearby Sway bar, where celebrations will continue into the early hours.

Tickets for the Catering Insight Awards are available HERE.

The Catering Insight Awards are supported by Cedabond. Pre-dinner drinks are sponsored by Pentland Wholesale.
