Casual Dining reveals latest equipment on show

Over 5,000 visitors are expected at next month’s Casual Dining trade show.

The Casual Dining trade show has released its exhibitor highlights for 2018. At the Business Design Centre in London on 21-22 February, over 200 suppliers will be showcasing their wares.

On the supplier side, Gamble Foodservice Solutions is previewing Hatco’s Rapide Cuisine high powered induction units, which utilise a magnetic power system. Elsewhere, Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Co is promoting its Nitro Cold Brew Coffee machine, a new nitrogen-infused coffee experience served straight from the tap and not over ice.
