Casual Dining, the trade event for the UK’s casual dining sector, has released its first preview of some of the new products being showcased this year.

Returning to the Business Design Centre in Islington, London on 24-25 February, the show shines a light on the latest innovations, developments and trends in the QSR market from 170 exhibitors.

The catering equipment on show will include Nisbets’ new Olympia Kiln crockery launch, which comprises plates, bowls, mugs, saucers and espresso cups in a choice of four colours: moss, sandstone, ocean or bark. The supplier and distributor will be on stand M110.

UCC Coffee UK & Ireland is showcasing Eversys’ new telemetry system e’Connect bean to cup coffee on stand G18, while Gamble Foodservice Solutions is promoting its Ovention 360-12 quick cooking oven at stand G17.

Elsewhere, Unox UK will be using stand G16 to highlight its recently launched Cheftop and Bakertop Mind.Maps combi oven technology. Frima UK is showcasing its new Dynamic option for its VarioCooking Center on stand M101.

Finally, Gram UK is showing its Superiorplus 72 energy efficient refrigerator on a combined stand (M422) with Hoshizaki, which itself will be spotlighting its new Emerald Class hydrocarbon ice makers
