The next scheduled joint CEDA/CESA basic electrical skills course is now available to be booked.
The training, delivered in conjunction with British Gas, will take place in Manchester on 10-12 February. It will allow engineers to demonstrate their knowledge of basic electrical systems and tasks, and receive City and Guilds certification.
The 3-day course is initially aimed at CESA/CEDA member companies, is designed to teach applicants how to recognise safe working practices relating to electricity in the workplace.
Applicants will learn the fundamental principles of electrical energy, how to perform routine electrical tasks at a basic level, and basic first aid related to electrical hazards.
