Ali Group brand Baron has made sweeping changes to its 900 heavy duty series of prime cooking equipment.
The improvements, upgrades and new additions include a four zone electric cooking top with a Molybdenum Chromed surface, which is designed for both cook-on direct food products or pans. Each zone is individually controlled.
Furthermore, the line now features a multifunctional programmable bratt pan named Talent. This is a derivative of the standalone unit, which can be suited with all other 900 series modular units.
New 1,200mm-wide frytops and BBQs are available too for high output operations. The BBQs have cast iron, double sided (fish/meat) grids and a 32kW output.
Baron reports that single and double gas woks have now been included following popular demand, with either 10 or 14kW power. Additionally both the 900 and 700 series have a new chip scuttle added with top and base heat for even control.
All base cabinets are now available with H2 hygienic internal finish, again developed due to reported popular demand. And another addition is a fan assisted hot cupboard in 2/1 Gastronorm size which suites in the 800mm-wide cabinets.
All the updates to the line can be found in the new 2017 Baron 900 heavy duty series brochure, which is available to download from the Baron website, itself having been completely upgraded this year.
Dealers can register with the site to login and access CAD symbols, manuals, exploded parts diagrams and tech sheets.
The Baron brand is supplied to the UK market through Caterham-based Universal Foodservice Equipment.
